FLNG/FPSO GLOBAL UNIQUE RISK MANAGEMENT
Diaplous’ experienced auditors carried out Oil & Gas Security Survey at Hellenic Petroleum facilities. A Risk Management Committee was appointed with the purpose to conduct threat identification and vulnerability assessment for Hellenic Petroleum’s facilities located in Greece (Athens, Elefsina, Aspropyrgos & Thessaloniki) and abroad (Skopje). Hellenic Petroleum main activity is the petroleum refining and distribution of oil products.

Based on the findings and analysis, Diaplous delivered a thorough and methodical security assessment together with a recommended risk mitigation plan.
PRELUDE FLNG (floating liquified natural gas) facility is the largest FLNG vessel and the biggest offshore facility the world has ever seen. At 488m long and 74m wide, the facility produces natural gas from an offshore field approximately 475km northeast of Broome in Western Australia.
Diaplous Maritime Services safely escorted her during her transit to the Pacific Ocean, deploying our most experienced personnel. Following well designed Standard Operating Procedures, which mirrors our many years of experience in diverse maritime risk management projects, FLNG PRELUDE’s passage was successfully safeguarded until disengagement
EGINA FPSO, the largest ever FPSO (floating production, storage and offloading) built by facilitates an enormous oil project in ultra-deep water off the coast of Nigeria. The project is based on a subsea production system connected to the FPSO and is one of the deepest offshore projects ever operated by TotalEnergies. To support the project, Diaplous was selected to protect the transit of EGINA FPSO by mustering its extensive operational expertise in the Gulf of Guinea.
Diaplous deployed 3 escort vessels of high technical specifications and performance standards to protect the EGINA FPSO tow flotilla. The unit was safely escorted during the inbound transit from the rendezvous position (200 NM off the coast of Nigeria) until the handover position of EGINA FPSO at offshore Lagos port and afterwards for the outbound escort of the POSH TERASEA tugs until 200 NM distance from the Nigeria coast.
